Vincent brings over 12 years of experience in business operations management, project management and business leadership across the infrastructure sector. As Managing Director, he steers the company's strategy and growth while keeping its delivery culture disciplined and client-focused.

Maurice Sanani

Chief Technical Officer & Co-Founder

Maurice has over 12 years of experience in MEP engineering, technical supervision and project execution across complex construction and infrastructure projects in Rwanda - including the last ten years as a Project Manager at Real Contractors. As CTO, he owns the technical standard behind every SCALE-UP project.

Behind the leadership sits a team of MEP engineers, site supervisors and technicians who carry SCALE-UP's standard onto every site. They are the ones checking installations at 7 a.m., witnessing tests, coordinating trades and signing their names to inspection reports.

We train continuously - on new equipment from our manufacturer partners, on design tools like CYPE and Autodesk, and on the codes and standards our certifications depend on. It's how a nine-year-old company handles projects that would stretch firms twice its age.
