Frequently asked questions
Can you review a design produced by another consultant?
Yes - design review and value engineering is one of our core offerings. We audit the design for compliance, coordination and cost, and report findings you can act on.
Do we need BIM for a small project?
Not always. For simple buildings, well-coordinated 2D documentation can be sufficient. We recommend BIM where the services are dense enough that clashes become likely - and we'll tell you honestly which case yours is.
What do you need from us to start?
Architectural drawings, the intended use of each space, and any known constraints (utility connections, budget targets, phasing). We handle the rest.
Can you produce as-built drawings for an existing building?
Yes. We survey the installed services and produce accurate as-built documentation - often the first step before a renovation or maintenance contract.
