Frequently asked questions
How do we know what size of plant we need?
Plant sizing follows from occupancy and water use, not guesswork. We calculate your daily load with peak factors, then size the plant with sensible headroom - large enough to perform, small enough to afford.
Our existing plant smells and the effluent fails tests. Can it be saved?
Usually, yes. Most failing plants suffer from neglected maintenance or overloading rather than fatal design flaws. We audit the plant, identify the causes and quote a rehabilitation scope - typically far cheaper than replacement.
Who runs the plant after it's commissioned?
Your choice. We train your facilities staff to operate it, or we take on operation and maintenance ourselves under contract, including monitoring and compliance reporting.
