Our expertise runs across the full life of a building's services - design, installation, supervision and maintenance - including the complex systems most contractors subcontract away: sewage treatment plants and lift installations.

Our Story
Nine years of steady, deliberate growth
2016 - The beginning
SCALE-UP LTD opens its doors in October 2016, providing MEP engineering services to Rwanda's fast-growing construction and infrastructure sector.
Expansion into specialist fields
The company broadens into MEP design, installation, supervision and consultancy - building deep, specialised expertise in sewage treatment plants and lift systems.
International partnerships
To guarantee standards-compliant solutions, SCALE-UP partners with reputable international manufacturers - German STP technology providers such as LKT and global lift manufacturers such as KONE.

Milestones such as a 138 million RWF sewage treatment plant installation prove the company can deliver complex, high-stakes projects to specification.
